A warm Shubho Noboborsho to all of you and your families.

The corona virus pandemic has brought immense difficulties to everyone. My sympathies go out to those who have
been struck down by the virus or have become patients of Covid-19. May God protect us all.

Meanwhile, Governments, industry leaders, healthcare professionals and scientists are continually discussing and
brainstorming about the best approach to safeguard the health of our population, as well as ensure the least impact
on the economy.

It is now obvious that seismic changes are being experienced by the technology industry, the ramifications of which
will be felt for years to come. This will alter the customer experience landscape forever, and we must be both
responsible and responsive in meeting this challenge.

Even under the present scenario, West Bengal Electronics Industry Development Corporation is continuously striving
to remain focused on facilitating information technology investments, creating innovative ecosystems, building
relevant skill-sets among our talented citizens and leveraging IT for holistic development of the State.

By making key infrastructure available via online methodologies, focusing on new emerging technologies, helping
remote working mechanisms, inculcating a spirit of innovation, building skills, safeguarding digital assets and a
variety of allied moves we are maintaining the technology leadership of West Bengal.

Our teams continue to engage with our customers and reach out to help those who are in trouble. According to
Government guidelines, a skeleton team is attending office and working continuously to keep the Company moving
forward.

We are immensely grateful for the unconditional support extended by our customers, distributors, business
associates, investors, shareholders, and well-wishers as always and especially during these challenging times.
