    Project Features:
    The scheme is a major initiative in farmer welfare and farm insurance domain with four specific interventions. These
    pro-farmer steps are bringing significant reform and process re-engineering for the benefit of millions of farmers.

       o  Bringing down indemnity benefit transfer time gap - To provide quick financial support against crops loss
       o  Bringing all stakeholders in single digital window - Farmers, Insurance companies, Department of Statistics and
           planning (Bureau of applied economics), Insurance intermediary, All Banks and Agriculture department.
       o  Bringing maximum farmers under insurance coverage - Govt. is paying full premium on behalf of farmers for
           maximum crops
       o  Real time realization of benefits such as, on field application digitization, yield calculation to benefit transfer
           entire process etc.


    Surveillance system using Artificial Intelligence for ensuring safety & security of citizens in Eco Park, Kolkata

    Project Features:
    The Project is a G2C centric project and has been initiated considering the safety and security of the citizens using
    emerging technology. More than 100 cameras are installed at different strategic locations in the park to record the
    movement of each citizen in the park. Based on the data, AI tools are used for predictive analysis of any probable
    threat or disaster and intimate the authority for any corrective or preventive actions required.

    The major activities, but not limited to, be carried out ensuring safety, security as well as value addition to the services,
    are mentioned below:
       o  Detection of persons getting too close to the waterbody (with possibility of an accident).
       o  Detection of unusual gatherings in the park, away from the normal flow of visitors.
       o  Detection of heat from fire.
       o  Detection of unwanted movement of persons when the park is closed.
       o  Detection of unclaimed baggage and parcels.
       o  Detection of unaccompanied lonely kids away from the crowd.
       o  Monitoring of the change in level of water at different times.
       o  Tracking of known persons including tracking of VIP and VVIP movement.
       o  Detection of number of cars being parked with number plate detection if suitable.
       o  Estimation of crowd at different areas to analyse popular and vulnerable spots.
