Project Features:
RKM Donation Management is an Ethereum based crowdfunding
platform designed to enable immutability and transparency. The
Blockchain based (Ethereum) crowdfunding/ donation platform
enables transactions with increased transparency and immutability.

Key features are as follows:
o Provides a single, shared view of the transaction to all entities
in the system making it more credible and trustworthy.
o Enables users to view all their transactions and download tax
exemption certificate from the portal.

Cost of data is reducing by the day. Hence, government utilizes this platform to ensure public service delivery up till
the last stakeholder in queue. Therefore, data usage and internet penetration have become pervasive, leading to
manifold increase in cybercrimes.

Major Cybercrimes comprise of bank fraud, identity theft, exploitation of modesty and harassment, malware attack,
hacking, phishing etc. To check this menace, the State Government in the Department of Information Technology and
Electronics, has taken up several steps, spreading cyber awareness and skilling citizens to deter prospective attempts
of intrusion.

A Cyber Security Center of Excellence (CS-CoE) is formed to function under the aegis of the Department of Information
Technology and Electronics, Government of West Bengal with an aim to develop a framework that would provide
world-class cybersecurity support to the common mass as well as to the various organs of the state government.

Cyber Safe Bengal

 CS-CoE has been set up to make West Bengal cyber safe and ensure data
security in the digital era

 Trained Cyber Cops in every Police station across the state
