Program started with Welcome Address by Shri Swarup Ray, Advisor, ITP, DIT & E followed by a presentation given by
Shri Prodip Mukhopadhyay, CEO WIL on “Skill development in Tier II and III cities particularly in respect to Malda”. Shri
Manas Das DGM (IDM) briefly described the merits and facilities available in the IT Parks. Shri Aninda Chattarjee, MD,
WBEIDC delivered his Key note address on “The IT&E Vision of the State”. He also handed over the Allotment letters
to the entrepreneurs of the Malda IT Park. The program concluded by Vote of Thanks given by Shri R S Ray, Advisor
(CPR), WBEIDC Ltd.
