In the conference Shri Sanjay Kr. Das, Jt. Secretary to the DIT&E, Govt. of WB, talked on Cyber Assurance Programme
of West Bengal.He also deliberated on West Bengal's initiatives and efforts in National e-Governance Service
Delivery Assessment (NeSDA). NeSDA is a survey that assesses state-wise performance on delivery of government
services to businesses and citizens. The State/UT portals are assessed on 7 parameters, i.e. (1) Accessibility, (2)
Content Availability, (3) Ease of Use, (4) End-service Delivery, (5) Information Security & Privacy, (6) Integrated Service
Delivery and (7) Status and request tracking. Based on the overall score across all the seven parameters, West Bengal

ranked 3 in the country for their recent digitalisation initiatives in 2019.

In the exhibition stall, the representatives from DIT&E, Govt. of West Bengal have highlighted many issues related to
Cyber security in the state and how CS-CoE is creating awareness amongst the Govt. Officials in West Bengal.
Representatives from Maharashtra Remote Sensing Application Centre (MRSAC), Department of Planning, Govt. of
Maharashtra, visited the stall and took keen interest in the activities of Cyber security- Centre of excellence (CS-CoE),
Govt. of West Bengal.
